UNDRESSED x TRYBE RECIPE ~ Chai overnight oats with spiced apple, tahini & maple

Serves 2

Gather:

Overnight oats
1.5-2 cups nut milk
1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp Mayde Tea chai latte powder
Spiced apple
1 pink lady apple
1 granny smith apple
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp filtered water
1 tsp cinnamon
To serve: tahini, maple syrup, hemp seeds 

Make:

Overnight Oats
• Combine milk, oats, maple syrup, chia seeds & chai latte powder in a large bowl
• Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours
Spiced apple
• Chop apples into rough 2 cm cubes
• Add to a small saucepan with maple, water & cinnamon, stir to combine
• Cook over a medium heat, with the lid on for 8-10 minutes, or until the apple has softened, and completely
collapsed in parts
• Allow to cool, and store in a glass jar in the refrigerator until ready to serve
To serve: In a small bowl, top overnight oats with spiced apple. Drizzle over tahini, extra maple and finish
with a sprinkle of hemp seeds.

This is also delicious warm - simply heat your oats and apple and finish with room temperature toppings!
